Is is a success? Starting in 2017 season, NBA teams were allowed to sell jersey patches. So far total revenue generated by the teams is $150 million. Only one team does not have a jersey patch sponsor and that is OKC. The experiment or money grab is for 3 years. Sponsors get ready to pay more.
