You can always count on hard hitting wisdom from the mind of boxing trainer and fight commentator Teddy Atlas. Here's what he told Joe Rogan in a recent interview last year:
"You are not in a real fight, a real game, or real life itself, unless there is resistance, unless there is pressure, unless there is something to overcome. Otherwise, it's just an exhibition."
This is a lesson that great fighters, great athletes, and great people have all come to understand.
Greatness is re-defined every day by those all around us.
